How do I  choose the picture/image??

•To make better quality of products to you, we are recommend the picture/image that you give to us is 500KB Pixel (For Comic Drawing & Printing service).

•Just for your info the product is not so satisfactory if below then that pixel that we recommended. If not give us the picture/image that we recommended, we still try our best to make the products as best as possible for you.

•The picture recommend that can clearly to see of your head, face, and look most closer to your personal character, this because to let us work out most quality product to you.

If I just wan to make a comic portrait , how your delivery? 

When our professional’s drawer completes your comic portrait, we will email to you the image. The image is   standard A4 size and in JPEG format.
Or else you can also use the comic portrait and select our products turn in to a souvenir or gift to keep!!

Why the comic portraits not look like me?

•Comic portrait is not a photo, so we can’t draw 100% like your photo. Definition of Comic Portrait is a art of drawing your image into a more comic style of image, and this is very different style compare with  photo .But our drawer will try the best to draw most similar as the image that you give to us.

If the comic portrait not look likes myself can be refund money?  

•Drawing is unlike other industry, drawer have to spend the time, energy and a lot of effort.  All the comic portrait is with full of  effort to draw it line by line to give of customer a perfect portait. Please take note that  after the drawing is finish we are not to refund back..

Can I  choose the style comic portrait? 

•  For the purpose of don’t make our customer confuse to  our comic portrait style, we currently provide one pattern style only. . The drawing style of comic portrait you may go to our website (www.q-draw.com) or facebook to refer. But if customers for special purposes, please let us know, we try our effort to make for you.

Can I add some name/word at the comic portrair or products?? Have any charge ?

•To serve our customer better, we design the name/word for you and won't charge any payment!! Welcome to let us know if you wish to add the word on it. But customers have to considering that, if add word on the products maybe change the effect of your original style comic portrait or products. If you wish to do so, please let us know early.

Take how many day to finish my comic portrait??

•Our team of drawer is committed to give you the most quality and perfect of comic portrait, we have to take time to make it better for you.
